One of the main reasons we set out on the journey a couple of years ago to create a better real estate transaction was to provide more security and more certainty to our users. In the traditional world, certainty and security happen through title insurance. However, for many landsellers, title insurance is too expensive and not built for their needs. 

Our goal at Fabrica is to build a product for these landsellers needs by providing increased record transparency and reducing fraud, but because we are not a licensed title insurance company, we are not able to provide title insurance to our users. 

In the meantime, we are continuing to build relationships with existing title insurance companies, and structuring our company to be prepared, when the moment is right, to pursue our own licensing in the future.
