There is no direct land-for-land swap on Fabrica today. The way to do it is two sales: you sell your property and buy theirs. Each sale settles in stablecoins (digital dollars that always equal $1), so the money side is simple and immediate.
A few things to know if you are planning a swap:
Each property added to Fabrica has its own one-time onboarding fee, so a swap involving a property that is not on Fabrica yet means adding it first.
If both owners already have their properties on Fabrica, the two sales can happen back-to-back, which gets you close to a swap in practice.
If the values differ, the money from your sale covers the difference naturally.
