Most purchases on Fabrica are paid in full, either with stablecoins (digital dollars that always equal $1) or through your bank account at checkout.
Installment and financed purchases exist in specific cases, but they are not something you can set up on your own in the app today. If a listing interests you and you would need payment terms to buy it, message us in the chat bubble in the corner with a link to the property. We will look at that specific listing and tell you honestly what is possible.
There is also a grounded alternative that works today: buy the property, then borrow against it. Loans are funded by a lending pool, and the terms are shown before you confirm. See “How do I borrow against my property?” in this help center.
