Updating your property page takes a minute. Good photos and an accurate description help buyers understand what they are looking at. The one exception: editing is paused while the property is under a loan (more below).
Upload or change photos
Open your property page while logged in (find it under My properties in the account menu).
Click the camera button labeled Upload Media.
Drag and drop your files onto the Upload here! area, or click to pick them from your computer.
Use Add A Caption if you want to describe a photo.
Confirm to save. Larger files can take a few minutes to process, so give them a moment before refreshing.
Edit the description
On your property page, click into the description text.
Make your changes right there on the page.
Click Save to keep them, or Cancel edit to discard.
Keep the description factual. Describe what the land is and what is on it. Avoid promises about value or future use.
Can I edit while my property has a loan or a listing?
You can edit while your property is listed for sale. While the property is under a loan, though, editing photos and the description is not available, along with transferring and removing the property. Listing for sale is the action that remains available under a loan. Pay off the loan and editing is restored.
A note on AI-generated content
During onboarding, Fabrica may generate a starting description and illustrative images for your property. You are free to replace them with your own photos and words, and real photos are usually more convincing to buyers.
