Where are my property documents?

Everything important about your property lives in two places: on your property page and in your email. Here is where to look for each document.

On your property page

Open your property and find the “Documents” menu. It holds:

  • Operating Agreement, the agreement for your trust.

  • “Proof of Title”, the record of how ownership was verified.

  • Any files you have uploaded yourself.

To read the full legal description of the land, choose “View full description” to see the “Legal Description”.

In your email

When recording at the county completes, we email you the recorded deed and your trust agreement. Search your inbox for the property name if you cannot find them.

At the county

Your deed is a public record. The county recorder keeps it permanently, so you can always request a copy directly from the county where the property sits. This is true whether or not Fabrica exists. Your ownership record does not depend on us.

Documents from a property you sold or removed

There is no self-serve archive for past properties today. If you need a document from a property you sold or removed, message us in the chat bubble in the corner and we will retrieve it for you.

If you get stuck, message us in the chat bubble in the corner. Learn more about the trust in the Fabrica trust docs.
