Sales are final
Purchases on Fabrica settle in one step: the buyer becomes the owner and the seller is paid in the same transaction. There is no escrow holding funds that can be unwound later, which is why the checkout asks you to confirm that sales are final before you buy. Once a sale completes, it cannot be reversed by Fabrica or anyone else.
That makes diligence before you buy the real protection. Every property page gives you the tools: the Documents menu with the Proof of Title, the full legal description, the Provenance Score, and any disclosure documents the checkout asks you to acknowledge. Read them. If a listing shows a duplicate-claim warning banner, take it seriously and verify before buying.
If a payment goes wrong
Bank payments are different from completed sales. If a card or bank payment fails or is returned, the purchase simply does not complete, and we email you about it. You do not lose money on a payment that never cleared. If something looks stuck, contact us.

Talk to us first. Message us through the chat bubble at fabrica.land or email hello@fabrica.land, and include the property link plus what happened. Many issues turn out to be questions we can resolve directly.
For genuine disputes about a property or a transaction, the trust agreement sets out a formal dispute-resolution process, which the docs explain in detail. Fabrica is not a law firm and cannot give legal advice, so for a serious disagreement, involve your own attorney. We will cooperate with the facts, including onchain records.
