No. Lost logins, and even lost wallet keys, never mean lost land. The answer depends on how you signed in, so find your situation below.
If you log in with your email
Most owners sign in with an email address or a social login. There is no password to lose: Fabrica emails you a verification link when you log in from a new device, and your account is secured with a passkey behind the scenes. As long as you can receive email at your address, you can get back in.
If you have lost access to the email address itself, contact us through the chat bubble at fabrica.land or write to hello@fabrica.land and we will help you sort it out.
If you used your own crypto wallet and lost the keys
This is the scenario the trust was built for. Losing the keys to a wallet that holds your Property Token does not lose the property, because your ownership is anchored in a trust whose deed is recorded at the county, not in the wallet.
The trust agreement includes a built-in recovery path called Token Recovery:
A Notice of Lost Token Control is recorded with the county where the property sits.
A 90-day Quiet Period follows. This public window protects everyone against false claims.
If no valid challenge appears, a Deed of Distribution puts title directly in your name.
It is self-service and needs no court order. You end up owning the property directly, and you can add it back to Fabrica afterward if you want.
What to do right now
Contact us as soon as you notice a problem, through the chat bubble or hello@fabrica.land. Have your property link ready if you can. We will confirm which situation you are in and walk you through the next step.
