You listed your property for sale, but it is not appearing on the marketplace. Your listing is not lost, and nothing is wrong with your ownership. There are three common reasons, and each has a fix.
1. The fee authorization needs a refresh
When you added your property, you authorized Fabrica’s one-time onboarding fee (it is only collected if the property is later sold or used for a loan). Technically this is a spending allowance, and it can lapse. If it has, your property will not be visible on the marketplace and you will not be able to take out loans against it until you re-approve.
To fix it: open your property page and look for “Authorize Fee” in the Owner Toolbox. If we emailed you about it, the link in that email takes you straight there. Approving takes under a minute and nothing is charged.
2. The property is not fully minted yet
If you listed a property that is still finishing its setup (the page says “Unclaimed” or the on-ramp is still in progress), your listing is live on the marketplace and can receive offers. What it cannot do yet is close: accepting an offer or completing a sale requires the setup to be finished, so buyers will not see a “Buy Now” button until then. Finish the setup steps and the listing becomes fully active.
3. The quality score threshold
Listed properties must clear an internal quality check before they appear on the marketplace. The check looks at things like whether the title checks out and whether the property is in good standing. Keeping your property taxes current and your fee authorization active is the best way to stay above the bar.
One more thing to check: listings run for 180 days. If yours is older than that, it has expired, and you can simply list again with “Put for sale”.
If none of this explains it, message us in the chat bubble in the corner with a link to your property.
