Usually nothing is wrong. Here is what the waiting states mean and when to expect news.
If you bought with a bank payment
Bank transfers are not instant. After “Payment initiated!”, an ACH transfer typically takes 5-7 business days to complete. While it clears, the property page shows the sale as in progress. You will get a confirmation email when the purchase completes, and we will email you sooner if anything needs your attention. If you are waiting on sale proceeds as a seller, the same clearing time applies, and the app shows the date you can expect to get paid.
If you bought with a crypto wallet
Crypto purchases settle in one step: the confirmation screen telling you the property is yours, plus a confirmation email, arrive right away. If the purchase dialog seems frozen mid-step, refresh the page and check whether you received the email before retrying.
If you made an offer
An offer is not a purchase yet. The seller has to accept it.
Your offer stays open for the period you chose with “Offer Valid For” (1 to 60 days). If it expires without being accepted, nothing happens and no money moves.
You can withdraw an open offer any time with “Revoke Offer”.
If you offered on a property that is still completing its setup (an “Unclaimed” page), the owner cannot accept any offer until the property is fully minted. Your offer waits in the meantime.
You will get an email if your offer is accepted, and the funds only move at that point.
