How it works

We prepare the certification and email you a link to sign it in a short online notary session. Have your photo ID ready; the session takes about 10 minutes.
When the session is complete, the notarized document arrives by email, ready to hand to whoever asked for it.
Only the property’s majority owner can request and sign a proof of ownership.
