Yes. If your AI assistant accepts outside data sources (Claude and Cursor do), you can connect it to Fabrica and ask about properties, loans and portfolios in plain English. Nothing to install: you paste one web address into the assistant's settings.
What your assistant can do
Once connected, your assistant can look things up for you:
Find properties. Search by state, acreage, Provenance Score, whether a property is listed for sale, or whether it has a loan.
Explain one property. Legal description, estimated value, the Provenance Score and what each check found, ownership history, loans, listing and offer activity, photos and documents.
Show a map. Get the parcel boundary as a map image, or as boundary data for mapping tools.
Check borrowing options. See how much a property could borrow from the lending pool and on what terms, plus any loan already on it.
Review an account. What an account owns, its loans, open offers and repayment record, with a map of all its properties.
Follow lending activity. See active, repaid and liquidated loans and the state of the lending pools.
Read the history. Pull the activity feed for a property or an account: sales, transfers, loans, and when the property was added.
Get the big picture. Platform-wide numbers, such as how many properties are on Fabrica and which states they are in.
The assistant may call the Provenance Score the "confidence score". It is the same number.
What it cannot do
The connection is read-only. Your assistant can look things up, but it cannot buy, sell, list, transfer, sign or borrow for you. Every action still happens on fabrica.land, in your own account, with the same confirmations as always. The assistant never sees your login and does not need one: it reads the same public information you can see on fabrica.land.
How to connect
Copy this address:
https://mcp.fabrica.land/mcpIn your assistant, open the settings for connectors or integrations and add a custom connector. In Claude, look for Connectors under Settings.
Paste the address and save.
Ask a question. For example: "Find land for sale in Nevada over 10 acres" or "How much could this property borrow?" with a link to the property page.
The address above connects to real properties. A second address, https://mcp-testnet.fabrica.land/mcp, connects to Fabrica's test environment, where the properties are practice data with no real-world meaning. Use it to try things out first, or add both as separate connections. The environment is fixed per address, so the test connection can never reach real properties.
Things to keep in mind
Real land, real consequences. On the real-properties connection, the assistant is told up front that Fabrica properties are real parcels of US land, and that becoming an owner means taking on the trustee role, property taxes and the other responsibilities that come with land. Read a property's documents (the Documents menu on its page) before you act on anything.
Not advice. What the assistant tells you is a summary of Fabrica's public data, not legal, tax or investment advice. Estimated values are a starting point, not an appraisal. Talk to a professional before you buy, sell or borrow.
Same data, same limits. If something looks wrong on fabrica.land, it will look wrong to the assistant too. Message us and we will look into it.
