The information you’ll want in order to get started is the property address and parcel number (click here to learn more about finding your parcel number), your address or an address you'd like to use to receive any important information related to your property, and your property’s legal description (click here to learn more about finding your property’s legal description).

Once you have all these materials, the platform will walk you through the steps of generating the trust agreement and generating and signing the trust transfer deed in front of a notary. After that’s complete, we record the documents for you at the appropriate county, and your property title is fully digital.
