The property has been deeded into the trust, and the trust is set up to hold only one asset: the property. When you purchase the digital title from the seller, this acts as an “assignment” of the seller’s rights and duties under the trust from the seller to you, the buyer. Once you become the Property Owner under the trust agreement, you will have full control over the trust and the property. You may transfer the digital title at will, or if you decide, dissolve the trust and distribute the property to yourself or others.
