Fabrica does not provide mortgages on property transactions. You as a property owner are always able to go out and get a mortgage yourself.

While we are not yet able to provide financing for our users, we are working on providing seller-financing, which is a form of financing used by many buyers and sellers in the land context whereby a buyer is able to pay for a property over a series of installments.
