Fabrica allows you to import existing notes that you're already servicing either in-house or using a different platform.

The process is quick and once you set up the note on Fabrica, everything will run on auto-pilot. These are the steps:

  1. Create a free account here: https://app.fabrica.land/signup (skip this step if you already have an account

  2. Once logged in, click "add new property"

  3. Follow the steps until your property is deeded into the trust

  4. The continue to set up the price & terms (this is a key step in importing your note).

  5. On the "financing price" flag the "seller financing migration" box as shown in the picture below

  6. That will enable a field that allows you to input the amount that has already been paid by the buyer

  7. After that just follow the steps until the creation of the closing

  8. Share the closing link with the buyer and voila! You're all set.

The buyer will complete the setup of the payment plan and at that point the note will be serviced by Fabrica in full automation.
