Adding a property to Fabrica is super simple and will only take a few minutes of your time -- we handle the complexity in the background.

After signing in, click "On-Ramp" and provide your property details, ownership information, and your full legal name. If you own the property in an entity, such as an LLC or a Trust, we'll ask for some information about that entity as well.

Our automated platform then generates the necessary documents to transfer your property onto the blockchain. You'll receive a link to sign the documents with a notary, and once recorded, your property is on the blockchain.
