Almost anyone. Fabrica is open to all users, with one exception: people on government sanctions lists, or located in sanctioned territories, cannot buy.
You don’t need to live in the US, and you don’t need crypto experience. You can sign up with just an email address and pay from a bank account or card. Identity verification happens along the way as part of the normal process, for example through the payment processor when you pay by bank, so there is no separate paperwork step to complete before you can start.
One note for international buyers: owning US property can have tax implications in both the US and your home country. Fabrica can’t give tax or legal advice, so talk to a tax professional who knows cross-border property ownership before you buy.
