How do I cancel a listing?

You can take your property off the market any time before it sells.

Steps

Open your property page. You can find it under My properties in the account menu.
Click Cancel Listing.
Confirm. You’ll see a confirmation when the listing is canceled.

Canceling is free. There is no fee or penalty for taking a listing down.
You can cancel any time before a buyer completes a purchase or you accept an offer. Once a sale completes, it is final and can’t be reversed.
Listings also expire on their own after 180 days if nobody buys.
Canceling a listing doesn’t affect offers. Buyers can still send offers on an unlisted property, and you can accept or ignore them.
You can relist whenever you like with Put for sale, at the same price or a new one.
