The Trust linking the NFT to your property's title operates autonomously, without relying on intermediaries. Fabrica neither holds nor manages this Trust, guaranteeing your unhindered enjoyment of the property, even in the event of Fabrica's discontinuation.

However, certain Fabrica-maintained features may be affected. The visual representation and attributes of your NFT might no longer receive updates. Additionally, the Fabrica web application and its marketplace could become inaccessible or unmaintained.
