The owner of the Fabrica NFT is always responsible for paying property taxes. Failure to pay taxes may result in a lien being placed against the property and/or foreclosure of the property.

Fabrica does its best to notify token holders of their responsibility to pay property taxes, but it is ultimately the owners responsibility to pay taxes on time, and Fabrica is not responsible for any late or missed payments.
