Property tax bills may not accurately reflect the name of the owner of the Fabrica NFT. Some counties are slower to update their systems to recognize onchain transfers of Fabrica NFTs, and they may display the name of the trust or the individual or entity who first created the Fabrica NFT.

Note that regardless of who is named on the property tax bill, the current owner of the Fabrica NFT is responsible for payment of property taxes.
