Yes, with one honest caveat: each property goes through its own process. Every parcel gets its own trust, its own deed, its own county recording, and its own fee authorization. There’s no shortcut around that, because each one becomes its own recorded piece of paperwork at the county.

Every parcel gets its own trust and its own Property Token, and that stays true forever. Parcels cannot be merged into a single token, a single listing, or a single loan. Even adjacent parcels you think of as one piece of land are separate properties on Fabrica: each is listed, sold, and borrowed against on its own.
One notary session for everything
Here’s the part that saves you real time: signing can be batched. If you’re adding several properties, wait until the documents for all of them are ready. Then you can sign the whole stack in one single online notary session, no matter how many properties you’re adding.
