No. You own your property through your own trust. You are the beneficiary, and by default you are also your own trustee. Fabrica never holds title to your property and cannot control it.
How that works in practice
Each property sits in its own trust, and the trust holds the record title at the county. Your Property Token represents ownership of that trust: transfer the token, and you transfer the property. Fabrica is not a party to your trust. We cannot change it, act for it, or touch the title it holds.
The same is true onchain. There are no admin keys that let Fabrica move your token, take your property, or override your ownership. We cannot transfer your token, and we also cannot reverse a transfer you make, so double-check addresses before sending anything.
Don’t take our word for it
The trust agreement is open source, so you or your lawyer can read exactly what it says. And because your deed is recorded at the county, your ownership is anchored in the public record, not in our database. Everything, including transfer, recovery, and removing the property, works even if Fabrica disappears.
