You do. When you list a property with Put for sale, you enter the price you want, and buyers can purchase instantly at that price.
What about the estimated value?
Most property pages show an estimated value. Treat it as a starting point, not an appraisal. It can help you pick a number, but it is not a promise of what your land is worth or what it will sell for.
If you list below the estimated value, the listing flow asks you to check an extra box confirming you understand. That’s just a guardrail so nobody underprices by accident.
Does Fabrica advise on pricing?
No. Fabrica is the platform, not a real estate broker, and we don’t recommend prices or provide valuations for your sale. If you want a professional opinion, talk to a local appraiser or land agent.
What if a buyer thinks the price is off?
Buyers can use Send Offer on any property, listed or not. You’ll be notified and can accept an offer you like, so the market can meet you in the middle.
