If your land is in the United States, chances are good you can add it to Fabrica today. Fabrica operates across all 50 US states, with varying degrees of functionality, covers 3,000+ counties, and holds 20+ regulatory licenses.
To be plain about the limit: only property located in the United States can be added today. Land outside the US is not supported. How to check your property
The fastest way to find out is to try it. Go to fabrica.land/go, pick your state and county, enter your APN (Parcel Number), and click Search. You can also click your parcel directly on the map. If your parcel comes up, you are good to go.
What if my area isn’t supported yet?
Some counties are not covered yet. If yours is one of them, you will see a message that says “Not available in your area yet.” Our team is alerted automatically, and we will reach out the moment your property is eligible. We are expanding quickly, and new areas come online regularly.
Remote counties can take longer
In counties without online property records, our team does the title research by hand. Your property can still be added, but expect a longer timeline than in counties where records are online. We will keep you posted by email as your property moves through the process.
