Buying land on Fabrica takes minutes, not months. You can pay from your bank account or with crypto. Here is the whole process.
Find a property
Browse the properties listed for sale at fabrica.land. You can explore them on the map or scroll the property cards. Click any property to see photos, a description, the estimated value, legal documents, and its full history.
Buy it
On the property page, click Buy Now.
Review the price. The price you see is exactly what you pay. Fabrica’s marketplace fee comes out of the seller’s proceeds, not yours.
Check the confirmation boxes. You will confirm that the sale is final, accept the terms, and confirm that you understand you will become a beneficiary and trustee of the property’s trust. In plain English: the trust that holds the deed becomes yours, so the property becomes yours.
Click Choose payment method and pick one:
My bank account: pay by bank transfer or card, including Apple Pay. Bank payments have a cap, which the app shows you at checkout. Bank-funded purchases complete typically in 5-7 business days.
My crypto wallet: pay with USDC, a stablecoin (a digital dollar that always equals $1), from your account. You will approve the payment and then complete the purchase. If you pay from your own external wallet, you also pay gas, a small Ethereum network processing fee.
Each purchase uses a single payment method and a single currency. You can’t split one purchase between crypto and your bank, or across different coins.
That’s it. With a crypto payment, ownership transfers instantly and the app confirms the property is yours. With a bank payment, the transfer completes once your payment clears, and we email you if anything needs your attention.
You will get a confirmation email either way, and the property will appear under My properties in your account menu.
What if the property isn’t for sale, or the price isn’t right?
You can send the owner an offer on almost any property, even one that is not listed. See “How do I make an offer on a property?” in this collection.
Buying as an LLC or with others
If you want an LLC to hold the property, set up your Fabrica account as the LLC. Buying from that account puts ownership of the token, and control of the trust, under the LLC directly; no extra steps needed.
