Verifying property ownership traditionally involves examining the chain of title and ensuring there are no breaks in the ownership history, up and until the Fabrica trust. Once offchain ownership is verified, onchain ownership is much simpler to confirm. The wallet holding the NFT is the confirmed owner of the trust and the property. Keep in mind that invalid transfers can occur onchain as well. Fabrica makes efforts to provide token scoring to assess the validity of onchain transfers.
