If you're a lender and you've received a property token through a default, you're now the owner of the trust holding that property.

The first thing to do is to register your account on Fabrica. Some states have important filings that should be submitted on transfer of a property token, and by providing your information to Fabrica as soon as possible after transfer, we can ensure your information is submitted within the appropriate timeframe.

Besides this, you can do what you please. By holding the property token, you are the beneficiary of the trust, granting you full control over and use of the property.
