Yes! Your property can be put for sale on any NFT Marketplaces (such as Opensea) that support ERC1155 tokens. Keep in mind buyers will be able to only see a subset of the information they'd see on Fabrica's native marketplace, since those marketplaces are not designed specifically for real estate properties.

You can also list the property for sale on any traditional real estate marketplace. When you find a buyer, you can direct them to Fabrica to close instantly, or you can remove the property from Fabrica if they prefer to close the transactions through a traditional deed.
