Properties for Fabrica can be listed for sale or off market. All properties can receive offers.

  • Properties for sale are highlighted on the map, and they show the price the seller has listed the property for.

  • Properties off market are displayed on the map with their estimated prices, to allow you to explore more properties than just those for sale.

Remember, you can send offers to any property on Fabrica, including those off market!
