Estimated values are presented for off market properties.

Estimated values are not shown for properties that are actively listed for sale.

We believe in incentivizing the market to find the right price: sellers can signal the price they want when they list a property, and buyers can always send offers at what they see as the right price, till an agreement is reached.

Showing the estimated price or the county assessed value of a property (often lower than the actual value of the property) could create a bias on the perception of a property listed for sale and the price requested by the seller.

We strongly recommend buyers to do their own diligence and determine the price they're willing to pay according to the features of the property, its location and potential.
